this is a barebones grunt template for running express at the moment
but I've realized that the grunt-express module can easily be altered to
run any daemon process, AND SHOULD BE.
this way, it can be run with watch, which is needless to say, awesome.
The local daemon can fork to the background, and restarted so long as you
clone the module, rename it, and alter it to fit your needs...but it
was written in a generic way, not very express specific.
The express modules seem pretty up to date...
TO DO:
needs a template rendering engine (ejs is good)
bower components will be installed to public/vendor
needs auth, everyauth is good
