Due to licensing restrictions, the VST SDK is not distributed with the
source code of this project.  You must download it separately here:

http://www.steinberg.net/en/company/developer.html

Uncompress the VST SDK zipfile, and then copy the contents of the
"vstsdk2.4" directory here.
